For a quick overview of some of the supports provided, please see this fact sheet from the Kansas Technical Assistance Support Network. This network was created specifically by the state of Kansas to assist schools and districts in developing and implementing MTSS. It’s a good place to start.

How can I learn more about shifting to a MTSS framework at my school? I am working as a Schoolwide instructional coach next year. I would love to see schools who already have this in place!

From the published post, MTSS appears to align with school improvement and it addresses our above average learners too, which RTI doesn’t focus on specifically. Do you have further resources so I can learn more? Thank you!
