Star Record Book now features students’ performance across test types within screening windows
Sometimes a single assessment, no matter how strong, doesn’t provide the depth of information teachers are looking for to deeply understand student performance and growth. That’s why many states, districts, and schools use both computer-adaptive tests (CATs) and curriculum-based measures (CBMs) to track student achievement and growth.
The updated Star Record Book allows you to easily see and compare student results from multiple Star Assessments—computer-adaptive and CBM—immediately after testing! Educators will also be able to track student progress over time with options to display results from multiple screening windows (as shown below). Educators will no longer have to sift through various reports to get the data they need to inform their instructional decisions.
